The project enhanced representation and meaningful participation of young people in peace and decision making process through building capacity of representatives from local Youth-led Community Based Organizations, youth groups and security actors on YPS and their role in promoting sustainable peace in Kibera community.

The project addressed women harassment in the public transport sector in the informal settlement of Kibera. It brought together local stakeholders in the transport industry. 120 women from in Kibera were engaged in the talking circle learnt on forms of sexual harassment in transport sector and reporting procedures. Hot spots in their areas were identified for interventions by authorities.
